Rosé – Ready for Adoption!
Ooh! Ooh! Is it Foster Friday? Pick me! I volunteer as tribute! Tell the world I’m here and waiting!
Tell ’em my name: Rosé. Don’t forget the accent over the E! That’s how you know it’s pronounced Ro-ZAY. Actually, though, I guess I don’t really care how they pronounce it. They can call me whatever they like. Ro-zay or Rosie or Lucretia Dolores Bartholomew XIV… Really, as long as someone is talking to me, I’m happy!
Are you going to tell them what a good girl I am? OOh, tell them I’m good with kids! People like that, right? And it’s true! I’ve lived with little kids and done well with them. Also, I’m good with other dogs AND with cats! Basically, I’m a total sweetheart and I haven’t got a grumpy bone in my body!
I’m about five years old. That’s a good age, right? I think so. I’ve still got plenty of energy, but I also have manners. I can be left home alone without being crated, I’m a good bed warmer, and I practically never bark.
So what do you think? Will I get chosen? I can’t help but think I’m exactly the kind of dog who would be just perfect for someone!
Okay, now what if someone wants to meet me? The shelter is open seven days a week, 10 AM to 4 PM, but, since I live in a foster home, I’m not there all the time. So if someone wants to see me, I guess they’d have to make an appointment at least a day or so ahead of time so my foster can plan to bring me there. To do that, they should go to
odas.org/canine and fill out
Better make sure they know who to ask for: My name is Rosé, I’m five years old and 54 lb, and I’m spayed, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
