Every kid should feel like the world is their oyster, even if they’re growing up in a shelter. When people ask me, “Mojo Jojo, what do you think you’ll be when you grow up?” At six months old, it’s something I should probably start thinking about.

I suppose lots of kittens would want to be a king’s cat or a movie star’s cat, but actually… I don’t think that’s the life for me. I’ve spent enough time living a public life, and I’d really rather have something… cozier.

Maybe I could be a teacher’s cat! I’d be perfect for someone who knows how to have fun, how to have a little patience, and how to help a young mind grow. I’m curious and I REALLY love to play. I’m great with other cats, too, so if I went to school, I bet every one of my teachers would say I’m a “joy to have in class.”

Perhaps I could be an inventor’s cat. I can be very helpful when it comes to doing things, even if I don’t fully understand what you’re doing. And just imagine all the amazing cat toys we could come up with together! I love toys and would be a willing product tester.

Really, I think I could be happy doing a lot of different things! I’d love to be a paralegal’s cat, a line cook’s cat, a dermatologist’s cat, or a stay-at-home parent’s cat. Above all, I just want to be loved, wanted, and understood. Every dream requires a little bit of work, though- I’m a tiny bit shy right at first, so I do need someone who might be willing to have a smidgen of patience, but I warm up quickly and love attention.

I’m still just a baby, so I’ve got a whole big future ahead of me! And maybe, if I’m very lucky, it will include someone like you.
