My philosophy? Always be a gentleman.  Hi there. Always a pleasure to meet a new friend. My name is Wesley, I’m nine years old, and I am someone’s perfect dog, just waiting to be discovered.  I’m housebroken. Dog-friendly. Mellow. I walk on a leash like I invented leash-walking. I hardly ever bark. I’m super-polite, but also very sweet and friendly. I love attention, have no fear of strangers, and can be left home alone without making a mess. I love squeaky toys, although I don’t really want to fetch them and bring them back. I put them on the ground and poke them with my nose to make them squeak. Not only am I a gentleman, but also a scholar, and I want to figure things out!  I would be perfect for an older person or someone who is just not looking for an active dog. My one real weakness is small, eye-level kids.
