Kotter – Ready for Adoption!
I may only have one humerus in each arm, but trust me: there’s not a serious bone in my body! My name is Kotter and I’m just about BURSTING with giddy excitement. I love you, I love your whole family, I love your neighbors, I love the cashier at Circle K, and I love that guy, way over there.
At just 19 weeks old, I’m a growing puppy! Everything is new and interesting to me and I just HAVE to check it all out. Like a lot of kids my age, I’ve got energy to spare! And when something good is happening, like a walk or a snack or a person to meet, I can hardly contain myself. I bounce and wiggle so much you can hardly even tell what I look like! I love to play fetch, but I’m still at the beginner level: if I haven’t quite gotten the hang of the “bring it back” part of the game. I prefer to just chase the toy and then come running back to you, sans toy, and leap into your lap for a celebratory cuddle. I REALLY love to cuddle. I practically vibrate with joy when I’m in someone’s arms. I love other dogs, but I’m pretty rowdy when I play, so some dogs find me overwhelming. I’d love a wrestle-buddy or a dog friend with good social skills who can help me learn some manners and restraint. Of course, some of that will just come with age and maturity. And, of course, training! You all know you have to train a puppy, right? Right. So if you need a little infectious joy, come check me out! My name is Kotter, I’m four months old, and I’m neutered, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
