Hope – Ready for Adoption!
Ooh! Ooh! Me next! Pick me! Please? I’ve waited so patiently and seen so many other kittens come and go. Do you think it will be my turn soon?
My name is Hope and, right now, I’m holding onto hope that my family will come for me soon. I’m six months old now and, so far, I’ve done most of my growing up here in the shelter. I have made lots of friends here. I love other cats, especially other kittens around my age. But, every time I’ve made a friend, they’ve gotten adopted… and I’ve been left behind. It’s a blow every time. I can be a little shy at times, but once I get used to my surroundings, I’m very loving. I will often approach strangers looking for attention, but so far, nobody has chosen me. I love to play. Chasing bugs is my favorite! I take my pest control responsibilities very seriously and I’m good at my job. I’m going to grow into an awesome cat, one way or another. I would love to be adopted with my current best buddy (Mauricio, featured earlier this week) or into a home with a friendly feline playmate. I haven’t spent a lot of time around dogs, but I have met them and don’t think I’d have too much trouble getting used to living with a dog. A relatively quiet home would be ideal for me. Mostly, though… I just want to be chosen and loved! So what do you think? Has the time come for me to finally get to be part of a family? Maybe this will be my weekend.
My name is Hope, I’m six months old, and I’m spayed, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
