Why live a boring life? I’m just here to have fun! I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. And, if you feel like you’ve lost a little bit of that spark, well… I’m here to help!  Gage, here- at your service!  I’m 76 lb of pure sunshine. I love doing joyful zoomies around the yard, especially if you do them with me! I’ll run and play and chase a toy and then, suddenly, stop and flop belly-up at your feet or in your lap.  Belly rubs are one of my very favorite things. I’m an aspiring lap dog who just wants to cuddle and be close. The sight of me, lying on my back, with my tongue flopping out and my tail wagging is the perfect antidote to any bad mood. Trust me on that.  I’m just a super-sweet, super-fun, happy-go-lucky guy! I’m good with other dogs around my size and, according to my previous human, am also good with cats. I want to be friends with everyone I meet, but sometimes, I get a little too boisterous for elderly humans.

I love an adventure, whether it’s a ride in the car or exploring the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I’ve never been a great surveyor, so I’m not a dog who will just stay within the property lines on my own. A fenced yard would be ideal- did I mention how much I love doing zoomies? So if your life is starting to feel a little mundane, come and see me! I may be a black dog, but I’ll bring color to your world! My name is Gage, I’m almost four years old (my birthday is next Saturday!), and I’m neutered, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
