Moose – Ready for Adoption!
Wiggly of butt, gentle of heart, asymmetrical of ear, and besnaggled of tooth… that’s me! Moose!
Yep, it’s me again. Good ol’ Moose the Goose, still holding out hope that someone will see me and decide to make me part of their family! So here’s what you need to know: First of all, I’m real friendly. Like, in the shelter, they’ve sort of made me the event ambassador. I get to go all kinds of places, meet people of all ages, and represent the shelter. I’ve met plenty of kids (including big groups of them… in Halloween costumes, no less!) and always been happy and excited to see them. I’m a never-met-a-stranger kind of guy! Second of all, I’m good with other dogs! I wouldn’t mind going home with a dog playmate, but I’m also the kind of guy who could be happy on my own. Nowwwwww… cats are a different story. I find them a little too interesting and, apparently, that’s not really kosher with either the cats or the humans who love them. I’ve been here in the shelter for a while now and lots of people have looked at me, but so far, none of that interest has turned into a home! I’m a good boy, I listen well, I’m good on car rides, I love playing with my ball, and, at 4 years old, I’m really the perfect age to be an awesome pet. I’ve enjoyed my time in the shelter, making friends and going for walks and being the star of every event… but I’m anxious to get started with the next part of my life. I want couches and long evenings with my people. I want a picture with Santa hung on the refrigerator. I want to be someone’s very best boy. Do you think it will be my turn soon? My name is Moose, I’m four years old and 49 lb, and I’m neutered, up to date on shots, and fully vetted. Go to
