I don't understand it when people say that the only dogs you'll find in shelters are pit mixes and they can't adopt because they "need something suitable for a family" or "need an inside dog" or "need a dog with a good temperament." My name is Celia and I'm all of those things. A pit mix, obviously (although there are PLENTY of other breeds in the shelter). A great family dog. An inside dog. A dog with a marvelous temperament. I mean, I'm good with other dogs and cats. I love kids so much they use me to do meet and greets
