Sunshine, sprinkles, marshmallows, and rainbows. Wiggles and sparkles and little twinkling stars. And me… Rosé! I’m sweet as can be- your best friend, just waiting to meet you. When I walk into a room, it suddenly gets a little bit brighter.  I came to the shelter pretty underweight, but I’m safe at Open Door now and eating well! I’m a happy, happy girl and I have yet to encounter anything that can get me down!  I would say I’m good with strangers, but I hardly know the meaning of the word. To me, the world is full of friends I know and friends I have yet to meet and that’s it! I get along well with other dogs and I’m good with cats.  What’s that? I sound perfect? Aww… no, YOU!
