Excuse me, but… do you happen to have a free lap? An unoccupied petting hand? Maybe you’re experienced in the art of toy operation? If not, it’s okay. I’ll help you practice!  My name is Pastel and I’m a little baby angel (well, two years old, so technically a fully-grown angel) in a petite cat body. I’m simply the most delightful thing on four legs.  I’m not in-your-face at first. I like to hang out in quiet spots and watch the hustle and bustle of the shelter until someone comes to say hello to me. Then, I’d like a moment to get gently acquainted.  And then… well, there’s a good chance I might just jump into your lap! I’m super-affectionate and want to be close and cuddly. I’m a champion purr machine and a dedicated biscuit maker. A total and complete love if there ever was one.  I’m still getting used to my new area in the shelter and, when it comes to the other cats, I mostly just keep to myself. I don’t seem bothered by them and don’t think I would mind living with another cat. I haven’t met dogs, so I don’t know what I’d think of them.  I’m full of love and ready to share it! I can’t wait to finally become part of a family and have a lap of my own and a soft place to lay my head.  My name is Pastel, I’m two years old, and I’m spayed, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
