Frogger – Ready for Adoption!
Let’s get one thing clear: “Different” is not the same thing as “Less.”
For example, I get around a little differently than most cats. Instead of walking, I hop! That’s why they named me Frogger.
No, I wasn’t raised around kangaroos. I have a spinal deformity that affects my back end. I also have no tail at all! Just a little round butt. The vets think I was probably born this way, so it’s how I’ve grown up and it’s all I’ve ever known.
I can get around well, get up into raised cat trees, and I use the litterbox with no issue. In the shelter, they give me a low-sided litterbox to make things easier for me. And, if I need to get up or down onto something higher… well, I love being picked up!
I’m a very affectionate cat in general. I don’t care if we’ve just met- I’d like to propose that we shower each other in kisses and cuddles until the heat death of the universe. How would you feel about that? I’m a sweetheart and a love. Interested in toys, but not a wild child. I’m about five years old, so I’ve had a little time to mature.
I haven’t gotten to spend a lot of time mingling with the other cats, but based on the interactions I’ve had, I think I’d be fine with a chill cat companion who respected my space. A young, rambunctious cat might not be my ideal companion. I haven’t met dogs, so I have no idea what I’d think of them!
I’m an awesome, super-sweet girl and I have faith that I’ll be able to find someone who can look past my differences (or even love me more because of them!) and see what a wonderful companion I’ll be. Let’s get to know each other!
My name is Frogger, I’m about five years old, and I’m spayed, up to date on shots, and fully vetted.
